Having founded T. Malouf & Company Executive Search, Terry intrinsically knows what kind of people it takes to build a successful business. Prior to her career in executive search, Terry was a legal assistant for a well-known Northern California law firm. Her experience interviewing witnesses and conducting research has proved to be a valuable asset in the executive search business. In 1992 Terry herself was recruited to a well-known retained search firm with a national presence. She assisted the CEO with the C-Level searches in the firm's High Technology practice, while concurrently rolling out a new division within the company to recruit middle managers for existing clients. In 1996 Terry became a partner in the firm, managing the corporate headquarters office in Denver, Colorado. Six years later she took her experience and began her own executive search firm.
Today, T. Malouf & Company is an established executive search firm with a main practice area in Sports, Fitness and Active Recreation. This is also a passion area for all members of the firm. For many years Terry has delivered outstanding results for her clients - from emerging growth companies to large multi-national corporations. When she's not busy scouting out the perfect candidate, you'll find Terry volunteering or cycling somewhere in the Rocky Mountains. Her cycling passion makes her no stranger to going the extra mile. Six thousand miles a year to be exact. She proudly serves as a long-time member of the Board of Directors of Bicycle Colorado. She has also served as an Advisory Board Member for the USA Pro Cycling Challenge, and as a Board Member of the U.S. Women’s Cycling Development Program.
