Lee was born and raised in the rural countryside near Charlottesville, Virginia, and
attended the University of Virginia as an Echols Scholar. After graduating Lee relocated to Colorado for both the career and recreational opportunities, and now heads up the downtown Denver office for T. Malouf & Company.
Lee joined T. Malouf & Company in 2016 with 4 years of experience leading retained executive and upper management searches, and 17 years of leadership in the outdoor/active recreation sectors. Inventive, efficient, networked, and versatile, Lee is dedicated to exceeding his clients’ talent acquisition expectations.
Earlier in his career, Lee spent nearly 10 years with Vail Resorts, supporting the mountain, hospitality, retail, corporate, and development divisions. Notably, he directed the company’s 4500-bed employee-housing operations and financed their self-insured medical, retirement, and worker’s compensation plans.
Lee is passionate about supporting the active recreation sector -- the manufacturers, advocates, service providers, resorts, and facilities that bring our passions to life. He brings professional expertise, broad industry networks, and dedicated client focus to every talent-sourcing project. Particular areas of expertise include:

Outside of the office Lee serves as a Director of statewide advocacy organization Bicycle Colorado, owns the Colorado branch of City Running Tours, and spends as much time as possible exploring the world on bikes, boats, skis, or by foot.
